Interim marketing leadership
Interim Marketing Director
Your marketing director has left or the team needs a senior lead now. We step in within days and keep marketing delivering.
In short
An interim marketing director is a senior marketer placed full-time for a defined period to run the marketing team, plan and budget. We take the role, keep campaigns and pipeline moving, raise the standard and hand over to the permanent hire.
When to hire one
- The marketing director has resigned or is on leave.
- A launch or peak season cannot wait for a search.
- Marketing spend is rising but results are not.
- The team needs direction and a standard.
What we take over
Marketing plan, budget, team, agencies and reporting. We protect spend efficiency and leave a stronger function for your next director.
An operator, not an observer
As CMO of LeoVegas we ran a EUR 120M marketing budget, generated over EUR 50M of incremental revenue in under twelve months and lifted EBITA by 18 percent, work that helped drive the MGM acquisition and an exit above EUR 607M. Leading an Italian market, we took revenue from EUR 3M to EUR 18M in under a year. Earlier we founded and grew Optimized Group, sold to Digitouch in 2016.
